Data protection officer
Due to the size of our company, we have refrained from naming a data protection officer. We do not collect, store or process any data from special categories, such as health data, which have a personal reference.
Personal data
Your “personal data” is all information concerning your personal or factual circumstances. This includes all information that allows conclusions to be drawn about your identity (e.g. name, address, e-mail address etc.). Redwave Medical will fully comply with applicable law when collecting, storing and using your personal information. Furthermore, Redwave Medical is committed to handling your data responsibly and carefully at all times. Redwave Medical may also collect non-personal information, such as the name of your Internet Service Provider or the site from which you visited Redwave Medical. We use this data exclusively to improve our services, i.e. for statistical purposes. They are anonymous and do not allow any conclusions to be drawn
about your person.
Legal basis of the data collection
We as a company would like to inform you about our company and its products and services. You as a user and potential customer, supplier, competitor, information seeker and/or applicant have an interest in finding out about us, our services and products in a technically accessible and convenient manner. In addition, we give our visitors the opportunity to contact us via the website. Accordingly, the processing is in the interest of both parties. At the same time, the processing of personal data is reduced to a minimum. In the balancing of interests, our interests in processing your personal data outweigh your personal interests.
The legal basis for data processing is, unless otherwise explained in the context of this privacy policy, Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
This does not apply if the data processing, e.g. the even temporary storage of your personal data, is not absolutely necessary for the operation of the website, as is the case with the use of cookies or services such as Google Analytics. In this case, the processing is based on your consent, Art 6 (1), lit. a DSGVO. Since the use of cookies is not absolutely necessary for the operation of our website, we require your consent for their use, Art 6 para.1 S 1 lit.a. You can give us your consent in the context of the banner query that appears when you call up our website.

Web analytics services – Google Analytics
This website uses the service “Google Analytics”, which is offered by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to analyze website usage by users. The service uses “cookies” – text files that are stored on your terminal device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. IP anonymization is used on this website. The IP address of the user is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area. This shortening eliminates the personal reference of your IP address.
You also have the option of preventing the cookie from being stored on your device by making the appropriate settings in your browser. It is not guaranteed that you can access all functions of this website without restrictions if your browser does not allow cookies. Furthermore, you can use a browser plug-in to prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to and used by Google Inc.
The following link will take you to the corresponding plugin: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
Here you can find more information about the use of data by Google Inc: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de
